Eat Healthy
- A hard-boiled egg and fruit for breakfast
- At least one apple and one banana each day
- Four 20-oz glasses of water a day
Exercise
- Ride my bike 15 – 20 miles, 6 times a week, generally in the early or mid-morning
- 30 push-ups 2x daily
- 30 sit-ups 2x daily
- 30 lunges 2x daily
Read
- I read my scriptures first thing in the morning, at about 4:30 am every day
- I read other material before I go to sleep
Write
- I write in my journal each night before bed
Serve
- Visit about one family per week and help out where needed
- Mow lawn for homebound widow 2 or 3 times a month—it's great to get my teenage boys involved with this!
- Smile and/or greet every person I encounter
- Volunteer as a scripture study teacher 3 hrs a day, 5x a week during the school year
