Bo Walks the Talk

Eat Healthy

  • A hard-boiled egg and fruit for breakfast
  • At least one apple and one banana each day
  • Four 20-oz glasses of water a day

Exercise

  • Ride my bike 15 – 20 miles, 6 times a week, generally in the early or mid-morning
  • 30 push-ups 2x daily
  • 30 sit-ups 2x daily
  • 30 lunges 2x daily

Read

  • I read my scriptures first thing in the morning, at about 4:30 am every day
  • I read other material before I go to sleep

Write

  • I write in my journal each night before bed

Serve

  • Visit about one family per week and help out where needed
  • Mow lawn for homebound widow 2 or 3 times a month—it's great to get my teenage boys involved with this!
  • Smile and/or greet every person I encounter
  • Volunteer as a scripture study teacher 3 hrs a day, 5x a week during the school year
