Eat Healthy

  • 3 times a week, I drink my grandfather's famous Purple Drink (a blender full of purple cabbage, pineapple juice, lemon and a few other fruits)
  • I make sure to eat 2 pieces of fruit every day—Bo's right, they do curb the sweet tooth!

Exercise

  • I'm incorporating into my schedule 3 quality workouts a week.

Read

  • I read 20 minutes first thing in the morning, every day.

Write

  • I'm starting a Gratitude Journal, 3 times a week.
  • I'm also starting a Vision Journal to record my goals and dreams for the future, 3 times a week.

Serve

  • I spend about 4 hours a month visiting and serving families in my neighborhood, usually on Sundays
  • I volunteer about 4 hours a quarter at a local cannery providing food for the needy. I make time mid-week for this.
